Green tick next to files on your desktop?

You may notice a green tick next to your files on your desktop, documents and pictures folder over the next week, this means that these files are now being securely stored in your OneDrive account, in additional to locally on your device.
This will happen silently and there is nothing you need to do - you will notice that these 3 folders will move to your "OneDrive - Carmarthenshire County Council" folder.
Files stored in OneDrive are accessible from any Council or BYOD device, can be easily shared with your colleagues and most importantly are protected in the event your device is damaged, lost or stolen.
Information@Work Users – A reminder that indexing open documents from OneDrive will result in an error, guidance on how to index documents stored in OneDrive has been sent to all users by e-mail.
