Better Ways of Working update

Plans for the Better Ways of Working project are moving ahead at pace.

Initial discussions have been held with all Heads of Service and Senior Managers on what future services could look like as we move forward.

This engagement work is continuing with further consultation taking place on a monthly basis at Departmental Management Team (DMT) and Senior Management Team levels (SMT).

This work will be used to inform your service’s business plan, which is currently in the process of being drafted. Your manager will be consulting with you during this process if they haven’t already.

These resources will be updated on a regular basis.

A report on Better Ways of Working will be going to CMT later this month. Following this we will be bringing you a further update on the next steps.
