Help and support
If you feel that you need support, speak to your manager, your GP or someone you feel comfortable with. A referral to our Wellbeing Support Service may be beneficial for you. In addition to the information and guidance available to you internally, there are many useful external support agencies and organisations that we would recommend making use of should you require further support.
Below are several quick links which will take you straight to the support agencies you require. However, we do always stress that if at any point you feel your mental health is deteriorating, please contact your GP, GP out of hours or attend A&E in a mental health emergency.
