You will not be able to create an account for yourself.

 

  • IF YOU ARE A NEW EMPLOYEE WITH THE AUTHORITY
    Please send an email to learninganddevelopment@carmarthenshire.gov.uk stating your email address, employee number and that you need an account created.
    If you do not have an email with the Authority and are willing to use your personal email for the account then please give permission for this in the email.
    If you do not have an email with the Authority and are not willing to use your personal email for the account then please state this in the email, we will contact you.

 

  • IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD
    If you have forgotten your password, your password can be changed on the Learning@Wales login page. Use your username to “search” as capitals and lower case may be different from your email address.

 

  • IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN Learning@Wales
    Your username is your 7-digit employee number followed by “carm” (e.g.0012345carm). When you have logged in check that your name appears in the top-right corner of the Website. Choose the tab “Local Authorities” from the tabs at the top then select "Carmarthenshire" from the list.

 

  • IF YOU ARE NOT AN EMPLOYEE WITH THE AUTHORITY.
    Please send an email to learninganddevelopment@carmarthenshire.gov.uk stating that you are not an employee and need an account. We will need your email address, Job Description and where you work and that you need an account created.
    If you do not have an email with the Authority and are willing to use your personal email for the account then please give permission for this in the email.
    If you do not have an email with the Authority and are not willing to use your personal email for the account then please state this in the email, we will contact you.

 

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF A MODULE HAS BEEN COMPLETED?
    After you finish the module go back to the course page and there should be a “tick” in the box to the right of the link. If there is no “tick” press F5 to refresh your browser.
    Occasionally small changes are made to the module which can result in the “tick” no longer being displayed on the page. The results however are still in the site reports available to our administrators and will be shown on your ResourceLink MyView training record.
