Personal Resilience and Wellbeing

We understand that this will be a challenging time for everyone involved and more than ever it is important to make sure that you look after yourself and your mental health.

Enjoying good mental health means having a sense of wellbeing, being able to function during everyday life and feeling confident to rise to a challenge when the opportunity arises. Just like your physical health, there are actions you can take to improve your mental health.

To learn more about personal resilience and wellbeing, we recommend that you complete the Personal Resilience digital learning. This module has been designed to help you think about your own resilience, particularly within the workplace, and how it can be improved.
