Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Occupational Health team are still accepting new referrals to the service. However, due to the current situation, any referrals in relation to Covid-19 will be undertaken via telephone or MS Teams.

Remote Health Surveillance

To ensure the safety of all our staff and in line with current HSE legislation, Occupational Health will not be undertaking your annual reviews in the usual way. 

Instead, we require you to complete Health Surveillance Questionnaires. These are the questionnaires that you will have been through with the nurse in your previous appointments and therefore should be familiar with some of the questions already.

It is important that all staff who require health surveillance undertake these tests, when instructed by management, as they are to ensure your health and safety at work.

Your manager will discuss the process further and advise you on which questionnaires you are required to complete, as these will differ greatly between roles.

If you experience any issues whilst completing the forms, we ask that you contact us in Occupational Health on 01267 246060 in order for us to assist you through the process.

Following completion of the questionnaires, if any concerns have been raised our Occupational Health team will contact you to arrange a telephone assessment with the Occupational Health Nurse.
