Organisational Charter

CCC senior management will:

  • Embrace cultural change.
  • Agree to challenge processes that present a barrier to agile working.
  • Work to shared resources that are not 'owned' by Departments or sections.
  • Support staff and managers to work in an agile manner that supports the delivery of improved services.
  • Provide suitable spaces and resources for staff to perform their roles.
  • Ensure that where possible, a clear desk policy is adopted.

As a manager I will:

  • Embrace cultural change.
  • Agree to challenge processes that present a barrier to agile working.
  • Agree that I will trust my staff to complete tasks within the agreed timeframe and targets.
  • Provide clear work plans aligned to corporate aims and objectives.
  • Encourage my staff to have a good work/life balance.
  • Manage and support staff to work in an agile manner.
  • Not automatically be allocated a room to myself.

As an employee I will:

  • Embrace cultural change.
  • Agree to challenge processes that present a barrier to agile working.
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of my personal objectives within agreed timeframes.
  • Agree to complete tasks within agreed timeframes and targets.
  • Keep my calendar up to date and open to the rest of the organisation.
  • Ensure that I sign into Skype for business every day.
  • Update my presence so that my manager knows where I am and if I am contactable.
  • Ensure my presence reflects what I am doing at any given time.
  • Clear my desk at the end of each day ensuring that all confidential material is secured.
  • Try and print less.
