Ensuring your contact details are up to date

It is important that you take a moment to ensure your details are up to date on our contact directory on MyView – in particular your phone and e-mail address, as this is updates your Microsoft Outlook profile / contact information. 

This is vital to ensure your colleagues are able to contact you as well as contact centre staff to assist customers with their queries.

You can do this by going into your My View account, clicking the ‘Contact details’ button under the Personal Details section and then ‘edit these details’. Please be aware that the amends will not happen immediately and could take overnight to process the change so please check any updates you have made have been amended after a few days

If you haven’t already done so, please ensure your office phone is diverted to a relevant number. Calls should not be diverted to the contact centre without prior agreement.

It’s also worth remembering to open your calendar and ensure that your presence is always up to date.
