Spilman Street carpark

Staff are being urged to be considerate when using Spilman Street carpark.

Inconsiderate parking can lead to accidents and put pedestrians at risk.

Please ensure you follow these guidelines:

• Only those with a valid Blue Badge should park in the disabled parking bays.
• Park within the parking bays to avoid obstructing other users by parking on:
• the cross hatching
• in front of the pay and display machine
• in front of the fire escapes
• side of the building
• obstructing pedestrian access.
• The red bays are reserved for residents of Ty Spilman. Staff should not be using these bays under any circumstances.

Hosts or chairs of meetings should ensure that visitors or guests abide by the parking and fire regulations in place for Spilman.

If there are no spaces available, please use the alternative carparks available, such as Towyside. More information can be found on the ‘staff parking’ page.
