52. This policy is intended to provide you with a way to raise your concerns within the Council and we hope that you will be satisfied with the way that we deal with the matter. However, in the event that the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction then you are welcome to contact (assuming that they have not previously been involved in your case) the Council’s Chief Executive or the independent chair of our Standards Committee.
