Any forthcoming contracts valued over £2m in the next 18 months – A Pipeline Notice must be placed by CPU within 56 days of the first day of the relevant financial year. (26th May 2025)
ALL Contracts entered into over £30,000 – A Contracts Details Notice must be placed by CPU in Sell 2 Wales.
If you award an above threshold call off from a framework agreement – A Contracts Details Notice must be placed by CPU in Sell 2 Wales.
If you change any Contract mid term – A Contract Change Notice must be placed by CPU in Sell 2 Wales BEFORE modifying.
Any pre-market engagement undertaken? – A Preliminary Market Engagement Notice must set out that you intend to (or already have) engage in preliminary market engagement.
When a Contract naturally ends – A Contract Termination Notice must be placed by CPU in Sell 2 Wales within 30 days of termination.
If you placed a Direct Award / Have an exception approved over the value of £30,000 – A Transparency Notice must be placed by CPU in Sell 2 Wales BEFORE awarding the contract.
If a supplier breaches a contract we must publish a Contract Performance Notice.
Contracts valued over £5m - must publish at least 3 KPI’s within the Contract Notice.
- Must then publish an assessment of the supplier’s performance against those KPIs at least once every twelve months and again at the end of a contract.
As of 1 January, 2024 the public procurement thresholds (inclusive of VAT) are:-
- Goods and Services – £214,904
- Works Contracts – £5,372,609
- Light Touch Regime (social care) – £663,540
