People Manager Events

The People Manager Engagement Events bring together managers from across the divisions to share learning, strengthen collaboration, and focus on key priorities. Held regularly at venues such as Y Ffwrnes in Llanelli and Neuadd Y Gwendraeth, Drefach, these sessions explore different themes such as performance improvement, staff well-being, leadership development, improving communication, and offer an opportunity to engage with the departmental management team.
