4.1. This policy will be used in accordance with:

• The Information Security Policy.
• Handling Personal Information Policy and Procedure.
• Breach Reporting and Response Policy.
• Relevant legislation – including the General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Computer Misuse Act 1990, the Freedom of Information Act 2000, The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act and the Equality Act 2010.
