Carmarthenshire County Council is partnered with My Money Matters, a financial wellbeing platform, designed to give you access to tailored education including Shared Cost AVC’s. This provides you with an opportunity to save National Insurance Contributions (‘NICs’) in addition to tax, meaning you will increase your take-home pay compared to paying AVCs in the standard way. This session will give you an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of your main scheme pension, the Shared Cost AVC scheme and the key benefits.
Please note, the scheme is only available to those contributing into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
