October’s Clwb Clebran with Ken Owens
Head of Leisure, Ian Jones, will be interviewing former Wales and Scarlets player Ken Owens in this month’s Clwb Clebran.
Raised in Carmarthenshire and a former Ysgol Bro Myrddin pupil, Ken won his first Welsh cap against Namibia in the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
Scarlets captain from 2014-19, Ken was also named 2018/19 Player of the Season as he reached 250 games for the region.
In April this year, Ken announced his retirement from rugby, following a career which saw him win 91 caps for Wales.
Come and find out more on Wednesday, October 23 on Microsoft Teams from 12.30-1.30pm.
If you have a question for Ken, please use the 'chat' function during the session or email iaithgymraeg@sirgar.gov.uk before the day.
