Guidance For Managers
If an employee has confided in you that they are a victim of domestic abuse, help them to consider building their social network of support. Safe Lives is a great resource that provides guidance on how to create a safety plan. The Wellbeing Support Service within Occupational Health can also be accessed to provide the individual with strategies and techniques to support them emotionally.
