Wellbeing in Welsh

On Tuesday, September 28 at 12:30pm wellbeing expert, Andrew Tamplin, will help us face the Autumn with a smile!

This is the first in a series of monthly online events to give all staff the opportunity to hear and use Welsh informally.

Give yourself an hour to immerse yourself in Welsh. It will boost your confidence to use your Welsh and boost your well-being at the same time!

Go to the What’s On pages for more information.

If you have any ideas on who/what you’d like to hear in informal Welsh online sessions, please contact Iaithgymraeg@sirgar.gov.uk
