Staff engagement survey

Following Covid and the recent local elections, we want to take this opportunity to ask all
staff about working for the Council, so today we are launching a staff engagement survey.
We will use the feedback to help improve what we do and monitor the progress we are
making every year.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and you have until August 5
to respond.
Please complete the survey as honestly as possible as your views will help us better
understand how you feel about working for the Council.
All responses to the survey will be totally anonymous.
