As promised, our second annual employee engagement survey has now launched. This is your opportunity to let us know what it’s like working for Carmarthenshire County Council, and more importantly, help us identify areas that need further work.
The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be totally anonymous. All we ask is that you take the time out to answer the questions honestly. The survey will close on July 14.
