Staff Engagement Survey 2024: Your Voice Matters!

We are happy to share the initial results of the 2024 Annual Staff Engagement Survey, which ran from June 13 to July 19. A big thank you to the 1,611 of you who participated, representing 19% of our entire workforce. This is an increase of 152 participants compared to last year’s survey, showing that more of you are eager to share your thoughts and help shape our workplace.

Survey Highlights

We’ve summarised the overall results using a color-coded system to make it easy to see how we did over the last three years:

• Dark Green: Strongly Agree
• Light Green: Agree
• Amber: Neutral to Slight Agreement
• Red: Disagree
• Dark Red: Strongly Disagree

Your feedback is invaluable, and we are currently reviewing the comments you shared. Once we’ve analysed them, we’ll publish these findings too and outline the actions we’ll take in response. We will let you know when these are available.

Directors and their senior management teams are committed to making positive changes based on your feedback, and will now carefully review your departmental results and share the actions they plan to take to address any areas that need work.
