Use Your Welsh campaign
We are proud to support the 'Use your Welsh' campaign, organised by the Welsh Language Commissioner.
The campaign runs from 25 November to 9 December with the aim of encouraging everyone to use their Welsh every day – at home, at work, over the phone, in person and online. It is an opportunity for us as a local authority to promote our Welsh language services and show that the language belongs to everyone.
Don’t forget to download our new Autumn/Winter Teams backgrounds which will also visibly show if you are a Welsh speaker or learner. To find the new backgrounds please head to the Marketing & Media page on the intranet.
Whether you’re learning, practicing or want to improve your Welsh language skills, we have a wide range of opportunities available for you. Take a look at Learning and Development pages on the intranet to find out more about courses, discovering your language level, and the 'added extras' you can do to improve your Welsh.
