Spilman Street carpark

Staff are being urged to be considerate when using Spilman Street carpark.

Inconsiderate parking can lead to accidents and put pedestrians at risk.

Please ensure you follow these guidelines:

• Only those with a valid Blue Badge should park in the disabled parking bays.
• Park within the parking bays to avoid obstructing other users by parking on:
  • the cross hatching
  • in front of the pay and display machine
  • in front of the fire escapes
  • side of the building
  • obstructing pedestrian access.
• The red bays are reserved for residents of Ty Spilman. Staff should not be using these bays under any circumstances

*Please note an extra five spaces will be reserved in the carpark for the whole week, from Monday, October 14, for the Education, Children and Family Services department.

If there are no spaces available, please use the alternative carparks available, such as Towyside. More information can be found on the ‘staff parking’ page on the intranet.
