How to find a meeting room

Just to remind everyone that meeting rooms have been renamed to make them simpler to locate and to reflect some of the changes to Committee Rooms.

We want to make it easier to find, book, and navigate to rooms, especially in unfamiliar buildings. For example, in Spilman Street, Committee Room 1 is now called ‘Meeting Room Spilman 103’.

For detailed information on the new names and their respective locations, please visit our intranet pages where you’ll find information on meeting rooms in each building as well as floor plans.

Please note that no changes have yet been made to meeting rooms in Eastgate. Consultations are ongoing with managers at the site and once concluded, the meeting spaces will be brought into line with all other corporate sites.
