To increase awareness and understanding of the Corporate Complaints Policy.

Objectives:

  • To develop a thorough understanding of what a Complaint is.
  • To develop a thorough understanding of the Council’s Corporate Complaints Policy.
  • To establish an understanding of how Complaints are managed by the Council.
  • To establish an understanding of the principles of dealing with Complaints.
  • To establish an understanding of the role of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
