Who is it aimed at?

Anyone who delivers training to staff and wants to know how to make online learning sessions more engaging.

  • Understand how to prepare and design engaging virtual events
  • Use a range of virtual tools and techniques to maximise engagement
  • How to use your Voice with impact
  • Have an opportunity to deliver a short session using what you have learned

How will it make a difference?

This course will help you understand what skills and background knowledge you will need to facilitate successful, collaborative, and interactive live online learning sessions.

How to apply:

If you work for Carmarthenshire County Council (CCC) and are logged into a CCC device – PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone, complete this application form.

If you work for the Council but do NOT have access to a CCC device or an email address your line manager will need to apply on your behalf.

Council employees cannot apply for any courses from their own personal device.

Special requirements:

The course will be delivered over 3 bitesize sessions via Teams along with an e-Learning module you need to complete before session 1.

Please note that you will need to be available and attend all three dates.


Partners, agency staff or people who do not work for the Council cannot apply for this course.
