ILM Level 5: Diploma in Principals of Leadership & Management

Who is it aimed at?

This course is aimed at new and aspiring middle managers and ideal to develop skills and experience to prepare for senior management responsibilities. 

 

What are the objectives?

You will learn to use core management techniques to drive better results and develop your ability to lead, providing strategic leadership as well as day-to-day management.

If you work for the Council but do NOT have access to a CCC device or an email address your line manager will need to apply on your behalf.

Council employees cannot apply for any courses from their own personal device.


Partners, agency staff or people who do not work for the Council cannot apply for this course.
