Improving Internal Communication – Staff Survey (2026)

As part of the feedback from the annual Employment Engagement Survey many of you highlighted internal communication as an area where we could do more.

To help us understand this better, we’re running a short follow up survey. We’ll also be holding a number of focus groups to explore your views in more depth.

Your input, whether through the survey, the focus groups, or both, will help us shape improvements that genuinely support you in your role.
