Staff Engagement Survey 2025 - Overall Results

The 2025 Annual Survey ran from 9 June to July 18. We had a really good response! 1,234 of you participated, representing 19% of our entire workforce. This represents an increase of 123 participants compared to last year’s survey.

Below, you’ll find a summary of the overall results, highlighting our performance over the last four years. We’ve used a colour-coded system to make it easy to see how we did:

•    Dark Green: Strongly Agree
•    Light Green: Agree
•    Amber: Neutral to Slight Agreement
•    Red: Disagree
•    Dark Red: Strongly Disagree

We’re now reviewing the comments you shared. Once we’ve analysed them, we’ll publish the findings and outline the actions we’ll take in response. Stay tuned for more updates!
