Supporting Financial Wellbeing

We understand that managing your finances can sometimes be tough. With the cost of living on the rise, we’re committed to helping our employees feel more secure and confident about their money. That’s why we’ve introduced a few key initiatives to support your financial wellbeing.

  • With Salary Finance, you can access affordable loans that are repaid directly from your salary, which can be a lifesaver if you’re hit with an unexpected expense. They also offer handy financial tools and advice, so you can get on top of budgeting and planning without the stress.
  • Furthermore, we have My money matters which is an online platform for tailored financial education, support and services; from AVCs to budgeting, to insurance - we've got you covered.
  • The Cycle to Work Scheme is a Government backed initiative that enables you to obtain a bike and/or cycling accessories to use for riding to work whilst making tax and National Insurance savings from your Gross pay. You choose your perfect combination of bike and accessories and then rent the equipment through salary sacrifice from Carmarthenshire County Council.
  • But that’s not all. We’ve also got a great Staff rewards Scheme designed to make your everyday life a bit more affordable. This scheme includes discounts on everything from your weekly shop to holidays, helping you save money where it counts. There is now an app available to download to give you access to these benefits from your smartphone.

Our goal is to ensure that you’re not just supported in your job, but in your life outside of work too. We know that when you feel good about your finances, it’s easier to focus, be productive, and enjoy your day-to-day life. We’re here to help you build that sense of financial stability and peace of mind, so you can thrive both at work and at home.
