We’re inviting all staff to take part in our annual Employee Engagement Survey – your chance to share your views and help shape the future of working at Carmarthenshire County Council.
Your feedback continues to play a vital role in helping us create a better workplace for everyone. Since the last survey, we’ve acted on many of your suggestions. You can read about the changes we’ve made and stay up to date on progress via our Staff Voice intranet page.
The survey is open until 17 July and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. It’s completely anonymous, so we encourage you to be open and honest in your responses.
Once the survey closes, we’ll carefully review all feedback, share a summary of the results, and outline the next steps we’ll take based on what you’ve told us. We’ll also compare this year’s responses with the 2025 survey to track our progress.
