What Support is Available Locally?
The Council and external partners have a range of equality and diversity related policies and services in place to support all staff including LGB employees at work. These include:
- Employee Code of Conduct
- Equality & Diversity Policy
- Behavioural Standards guidance
- Grievance Policy
- Disciplinary Policy
- Training and development resources
- People Management Advisors
