Who is it aimed at?
TRUST is something that we all as team members need to play a part in if we want to work in a trusting team. Therefore, this programme is for us all!
What are the objectives?
By the end of the session you will know:
- What it means to work in a team that Trusts each other
- How Trust can be built
- What can break Trust
- What activities can you take part in to build Trust
How will it make a difference?
Trust builds an understanding and an approach to work that empowers team members to fully contribute and grow without the fear of failure.

How to apply:
If you work for Carmarthenshire County Council (CCC) and are logged into a CCC device – PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone, complete this application form.
If you work for the Council but do NOT have access to a CCC device or an email address your line manager will need to apply on your behalf.
Council employees cannot apply for any courses from their own personal device.
Partners, agency staff or people who do not work for the Council cannot apply for this course.
