Principles of Reporting and Recording
Who is it aimed at?
All Children Services staff, Fostering and Adoption, TaF, Under 25s service, 3rd Sector and Independent Sector. Also, Adult Services Domiciliary and Residential staff.
What are the objectives?
By the end of the course participants will:
- Have an increased awareness of the importance of reporting and recording
- Understand how reporting and recording can be used to inform practice
- Understand how to interpret and use data / information that reporting and recording can provide
- Understand how to use reporting and recording to monitor, change and improve practice
How will it make a difference?
Delegates will have a greater confidence and capability in recording and reporting
