As part of the department’s digital transformation agenda, a new job management system called Alloy will be implemented on a phased basis within Environmental Infrastructure.
ALLOY is a job management system used to better connect our workforce. By automating our processes and capturing data, it will ensure the smooth running of our services and provide a more efficient way of working.
These training videos are designed for office staff who will be using ALLOY on a day to day basis. They are designed to provide quick tutorials and overviews of how the system works and how to operate it themselves.
