What's Happening Now?

Our last full review was in 2018, when we achieved the silver award, putting us in the top 40% of all organisations holding the award world-wide.  Since then, there has been considerable change across the organisation, and we are in a strong position to build on that achievement.  

We are working to retain our Investors in People (IiP) standard and need your help.  

On the 26th September, you will receive an invitation from IiP to complete an anonymous independent questionnaire.  Please could you take 5 minutes to complete this survey.  We will be using the information gathered to get a deeper understanding of any issues raised in our staff survey that went out in June so we can make sure we take the right actions. 

Following on from this survey, in October, focus group discussions and one-to-one interviews will be held with staff from across the council. The people that are interviewed will be selected to be representative of our whole workforce.
