Sexual Harassment Survey – February 2025

As an Employer we are required to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace under new legislation that came into force in October 2024. In response to this we have updated our Behaviour and Standards guidance, which was formally adopted recently and we have developed an overarching sexual harassment in the workplace risk assessment.
 
We're committed to ensuring a safe and supportive work environment for everyone and want to hear your views on how we can better support you and prevent sexual harassment at Carmarthenshire County Council.
