Staff Engagement Survey 2023 - Overall Results

The 2023 survey was open from June 8 - July 21, 2023.
In total 1,459 members of staff chose to take part in the survey, which is approximately 18% of our entire workforce.
This is a slight reduction in the amount of staff who took part in the 2022 staff survey, however, it remains a reliable statistical sample.
The tables below provide a summary of the overall results as well as a comparison with last year’s results.
A colour coded system has been used to show a rating scale of scores:
- Dark green: Strongly agree
- Light green: Agree
- Amber: No opinion to slight agreement
- Red: Disagree
- Dark red: Strongly disagree
Please note: There are departmental variations and your Director, and their management team, will make sure you are made aware these results.
