Thinqi

Welcome to the brand-new Learner Experience Platform and Learning Management System (LXP-LMS) called Thinqi (“Think-e”).

We have been working in partnership with other local authorities to develop this innovative platform, ensuring simplified access to relevant learning content, including all essential learning. It offers an array of features that will redefine the way you acquire knowledge.

Thinqi will be rolled out through all departments over the next 3 months, so keep an eye out for more updates including training sessions and resources to get you started.

“Thinqi has been procured with a ‘Once for Wales’ approach and it is expected that this will transform our learning across boundaries. The procurement has been carried out jointly with Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council’s, with all 22 local authorities and other public sector bodies listed on the All-Wales Contract. If we can share the learning, then that combined resource will be able to further develop the offering to our people”.
