CX Housing is the new Housing Management System replacing OHMS, designed to provide a more modern and streamlined way to manage housing services. The system will be used to manage core housing functions such as income, voids, the day-to-day tenancy management, officer case management and integration with other housing systems.
CX Housing will initially be used by all staff who previously had access to OHMS, with access extended to additional staff across the housing division as the phased rollout progresses.
Yes – once your team goes live, CX Housing must be used for all housing management activity, and OHMS will no longer be used operationally.
No – CX Housing uses single sign-on (SSO), so you do not need a separate username or password to access the system. You will log in using your normal network credentials.
Your access will remain the same as in OHMS unless you are advised otherwise.
No – CX Housing replaces OHMS for operational work. OHMS will only be available in read-only from 19th June and will not be used going forward. During this period, you will still be able to view information, but no updates can be made.
Yes – historical information will be available via OHMS in read-only mode during the transition period.
Guidance, FAQs and updates will be available on the CX Housing intranet page, which is the main source of information.
From 29th June, NEC DM (Info@Work) will be made read-only. All new documents will be saved and managed within CX Housing going forward.
Yes – read-only access will remain available so you can view historic documents or retrieve them if required.
