What’s changing and when?

 

We’re moving to the CX Housing Management System over the next few weeks, providing a modern, streamlined way to manage housing services.

 

Final go live decision: 13 May 2026

OHMS read only from: 19 June 2026

Go Live Phase 1 Launch: 29 June 2026

 

The system will be implemented through a phased launch, with the initial Go Live structured into the following phases:

 

Phase 1 - 29 June 2026

  • Housing Rents
  • Voids
  • Tenancy Support (to include sheltered schemes, Tyisha, Temporary Accommodation and simple lettings)

Phase 2 - 1 July 2026

  • Pre-tenancy
  • Mutual Exchange
  • Contact Centre
  • Business Support
  • Housing Benefits
  • All other housing staff (where access is required to view rent accounts, check tenancy details etc)

Phase 3 - 6 July 2026

  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Estate Management 

Phase 4 - To follow

  • Housing repairs

 

Further information will be shared with relevant staff over the coming weeks.

A range of support is available to assist staff with the transition to the new system, including:

 

ThinQi training materials, which are mandatory for all staff and must be completed to ensure familiarity with the system.

Floor walkers, who will be available on 30th of June and the 1st of July to provide hands on support for the Housing Rents and Tenancy Support teams.

A network of Super Users has been established across the organisation to provide ongoing guidance and support.
