A Future Leaders Programme has been established to help the Council identify and develop its senior leaders and it has been agreed that the Future Leaders programme will be closely aligned with the Transformation Programme to provide participants with skills and experience in leading on transformation projects.
However, this is an opportunity that its open to all staff. If you are interested in participating in a workstream activity or leading on a Transformation project as part of a development opportunity, please discuss with your Head of Service in first instance before contacting the Transformation Team for further details.
