Have your say – The Joint Council for Wales employee wellbeing at work survey

The Joint Council for Wales Employee Wellbeing at Work Task and Finish Group is inviting local government employees across Wales to take part in a short survey about wellbeing at work.
Your views will help the Group understand the factors affecting employee wellbeing, your experience of different work arrangements, your awareness of workplace support and what could help employees remain healthy and in work for longer.
The survey is open to employees in all roles and services. Responses are anonymous and will be considered collectively; no league table of councils will be produced. Please complete the survey by 30 November 2026: Employee Wellbeing Survey (JCW)
