Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on your existing skills, we have a range of Dysgu Cymraeg courses and friendly weekly Sgwrsio (chatting) sessions now open for registration. If you’ve been thinking about giving it a go or getting back into it, this is the perfect time! Go on give it a go …

Mynediad (Entry Level): Perfect if you’re new to Welsh – start speaking about everyday topics like work, family, and hobbies.

  • Wednesdays 9:15 – 11:45

Sylfaen (Foundation): Build your confidence and develop key language patterns to communicate in real-life situations.

  • Wednesdays 13:15 – 15:45

Canolradd (Intermediate): Take the next step by strengthening your speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.

  • Thursdays 09:15 – 11:45
  • Finish: 24/03/27

Sgwrsio Sessions: Informal, friendly weekly sessions to practise your Welsh—no pressure, just conversation. Open to ALL levels.

  • Mynediad – Sylfaen: Wednesday 12:00 – 13:00; Register
  • Canolradd +: Thursday  12:00 – 13:00; Register

Ieithgar (THINQI)
There are two courses available on Thinqi to support your learning:

  • Ieithgar Croeso (Welcome) – perfect for revising the basics or as an introduction to Cymraeg.
  • Ieithgar Uwch (Gloywi) – to further develop your confidence and gain a better understanding of when to use ei/eu, mai/mae, and mutations.
