The Annual Corporate Employee Wellbeing (Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Working Safely and Employee Health and Wellbeing) Report provides a brief overview of the work the team have been involved in over the past 12 months as well as the impact on the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and residents of Carmarthenshire County Council.

The 2020 - 2021 Annual Report had a focus on COVID-19 and the impact it had on the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and residents of Carmarthenshire County Council.
The 2021 - 2022 Annual Report focused on the early part of this period with the COVID-19 pandemic and its continuing impact on H&S and the wellbeing of our staff and customers. The remaining part of 2021/2022 consisted of a reset of general H&S and wellbeing management.
