Transformation Board & Workstreams

The role of the Transformation Board is to have overall oversight of the delivery of progress and outcomes from the Transformation Board.
The Board meets on a quarterly basis and receives quarterly progress reports, annual reports and agrees annual priorities and projects within the Programme.
For each Transformation Workstream a delivery Workstream Group had been established to support the implementation of each of the transformation priorities, these are led by a Director/Head of Service.
Each group will produce an end of year summary and then agree a new delivery plan for the following year taking into account the priorities, as agreed at Transformation Board
