Not all staff will be required to do Medication awareness via e-learning from OPUS Pharmacy (Accredited by Royal Pharmaceutical Society)
When required, you will need to be registered with OPUS to activate the module. Assessment is completed on line and the certificate is issued via the e-learning site to the staff member completing the accreditation.
The record of completion is then registered automatically with L&D on the OPUS link that we monitor.
To register please email LD@carmarthenshire.gov.uk.
This is available for all Carmarthenshire care providers. For care providers outside of Carmarthenshire free medication training is available from Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW), by following this link.
