Alert Level 4: Lockdown from midnight 19th December

All of Wales is at alert level 4, the national message is to stay at home and only venture out if it is essential, for example to access health care, for shopping, to exercise outdoors, to support someone who is vulnerable, or for work purposes.

You must now work from home. If your role doesn’t allow you to work from home, or it is deemed essential that you attend your place of work, the social distancing regulations remain unchanged – it is vitally important that you follow these regulations.

Supporting the training, development and qualification of social care managers

We offer a range of core management skills training for social care via the corporate team and these programmes support a range of competencies and skills in all managers.

Coaching and Mentoring is a key area of development, if you would like to find out more about how coaching can help you to grow and develop yourself and others please contact us to enquire.

SCWWDP also support a range of management and leadership qualifications to meet the required registration route into management for social care workers, we also support a higher level study to meet business needs and to support recognised career progression. The SCWWDP Professional Practice team also identify and support relevant managers to undertake the Team Management Development Programme [TMDP] or Middle Management Development Programme [MMDP]. Please contact us to enquire/apply.
