The Community Induction Program for Health and Social Care supports new workers during the induction stage of their employment. It covers the principles and values, knowledge and skills workers need to carry out their role.

Community Induction Program
All support workers across community settings in Health and Social Care for Adults and Children’s services. We welcome applications from anyone working, supporting others or wishing to work in all settings - Independent/Commissioned sectors, Local Authority providers, NHS Community and Primary care, Pre-employment and work experience, carers and volunteers.
