Mindful March  

This March, we’re keeping it simple — just 5 minutes a day to slow down, reset, and take notice.

 The Challenge

Each shift, try to:

  • 🧘 Take 5 minutes for a breathing reset or mindfulness activity

  • ✨ Notice 3 good things that happened each day (Remember to write them down)

  • 📵 Have one screen-free lunch break each week

  • 📸 Join our Noticing Nature Photo Challenge — snap something outdoors that made you pause

That’s it. Nothing complicated — just small moments to clear your head and boost your mood.
