This session will be run with our Wellbeing Support Practitioner and will focus on building resilience and maintaining wellbeing. Advice and guidance will be provided on the importance of managers maintaining their own wellbeing as well as supporting resilience and wellbeing within their teams.
The discussion topics include:
• Tips to look after your own wellbeing
• Tips to build your own resilience and keep motivation levels high
• Advice on supporting the wellbeing of staff
• Advice on spotting when a member of your team might require additional support
• Tips on trust building and effective communication within teams
• Information on the resources available to you as managers
• Information on the wellbeing resources and support services available to you and your teams
You will have the opportunity to discuss the above topics and ask any additional questions that you may have.
