The Health & Wellbeing Coordinators are here to support both the physical and mental health and wellbeing of our staff as well as offering focused and practical solutions for managers. In doing so, we aim to help protect both our workforce and the Authority in the immediate and longer-term future.

Health & Wellbeing Coordinator

Hannah Richards

My remit is Schools, Place & Infrastructure, Communities and the Health and Wellbeing champions. I also work to support, and promote the mental health first-aid programme throughout the authority, and ensure that all staff have the tools and support they need for both physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Health & Wellbeing Coordinator

Erin Mason-George

I am a point of contact and work directly with various departments such as Education and Children's services, Chief Executives and Corporate Services whilst overseeing and implementing the roll out of the Mental Health First Aid programme into the authority. Looking after our workplace wellbeing is of great importance whilst encompassing all aspects of life and work; as coordinators, we offer the tools and advice to support your physical and mental health & wellbeing. My remit also covers Mental Health and Wellbeing within the authority, I work on initiatives to improve and support the mental health and wellbeing of colleagues and work towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
